HED and the Charter Township of Redford worked together to develop a new two-story recreation and wellness center. The primary goal of this facility is to integrate into the existing city, physically, aesthetically, and visually, while offering an enhanced experience for users and visitors alike. The space is made up of a gymnasium, basketball courts, community gathering spaces, youth play areas, and more, for members and visitors to enjoy.

The wellness center will provide staff, instructors, and the community with a recreational space that will enhance their existing programming, that visually blends in with its surroundings.
