As National Sustainable Design Leader at HED, Daniel Jaconetti AIA, LEED AP, FITWEL AMB, LFA will ensure that the integration of sustainable design strategies is holistic and thorough; successfully executing high performing projects requires an integrated approach.
Strategies must be resource efficient with the goal of maximizing effectiveness, minimizing both initial and operating costs and avoiding negative environmental impact. To that end we use a broad framework to ideate sustainable design goals focused on ten principles: integration, community, ecology, water, economy, energy, well-being, resources, change, and discovery. As part of an integrated team Daniel will shepherd this process.
