Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital set out to modernize its Women’s Health Services Obstetrics department with a clear goal: create a more efficient, patient-centered environment that supports exceptional care while enhancing the experience for patients, families, and staff. As a renovation within an active hospital, the project required a thoughtful approach that balanced operational improvements with uninterrupted care delivery. Completed in two carefully sequenced phases, the renovation allowed the hospital to maintain services while transforming 23,500 square feet of clinical and support space into a more cohesive and high-performing care environment.
