Tom will direct all phases in accordance with the requirements of the agreement codes and implement a standard monitoring process and schedule throughout the lifetime of the project. In recent years, Tom has been a student, advocate and practitioner of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean construction methods in order to improve the process of design and construction and to find ways to eliminate waste and add value to projects.
