Susan is knowledgeable of building details and capable of coordinating all aspects of technical drawings and specifications. She has also participated in planning and pre-design phases of projects, coordinating input from the clients and user groups, to achieve the desired planning objectives. Susan is knowledgeable of ICC building codes, AIA guidelines, ANSI standards and Federal guidelines for the ADA, among other applicable codes. She is accustomed to maintaining ongoing relationships with the appropriate city, county, and state departments to facilitate a seamless review process from development plan review to permitting of construction documents.
