Luke brings a multifaceted background in environmental science, construction, and architectural design to civic and community projects that prioritize performance, equity, and sustainability. He leads with clarity and empathy, balancing aggressive timelines with thoughtful coordination and collaborative dialogue. Luke is also a Construction Document Technologist and an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), where he currently serves as Chair of the San Diego Committee on the Environment (COTE). His work reflects a commitment to public good, integrating design excellence with environmental responsibility across every scale and scope.
