Workplace Culture Recognized Across Regions and Nationwide

HED Earns Best and Brightest Honors in Eight Regions and Nationally, Reflecting Sustained Investment in People and Culture

Recognition from the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For program places HED among a group of organizations evaluated for their approach to employee engagement, leadership, and workplace strategy. This year, the firm was named a 2026 winner across eight regional programs, including Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth, Denver, Los Angeles, Metro Detroit, New England, Northern California, and Southern California, as well as at the national level.

The program assesses companies through a comprehensive review of policies and practices, from compensation and benefits to employee enrichment, community initiatives, and leadership vision. Earning recognition across multiple regions points to a consistency in how these practices are applied across offices, rather than isolated efforts in a single location.

In addition to regional honors, HED was again recognized as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation. The designation reflects a broader benchmark, comparing top-performing organizations across the country and highlighting those that demonstrate a sustained commitment to cultivating strong workplace environments.

Celebrations for regional winners will take place throughout the year, including events in Chicago and Metro Detroit, with a national summit scheduled for spring 2027 in Detroit.
